This is Pupusa. Made from either handmade corn flour or rice flour tortilla. It is usually stuffed with cheese, chicharron, refried beans, and/or lorocco. Sometimes you can add shrimp or spinach. But a simple yet flavorful way to make them is cooked with tomato sauce and is often served with curtido.
